A large-scale logistics hub consisting of dry storage structures and temperature-controlled cold storage facilities ranging from 0°C to –18°C. The scope included steel structure fabrication, erection of large-span frames, insulated panel installation, internal fit-out, and MEP integration.
Our Solution
The project required coordination between structural works, refrigeration systems, warehouse planning, and quality inspections to ensure international storage and safety standards. The facility features 45,000 m² total built-up area with temperature-controlled zones, heavy-duty racking & steel structures, and insulated envelope panels & FM-approved systems.
